1. Audio Output License

You may use, record, edit, process, publish, distribute, monetize, and commercially release audio created with Pro2Max Unirock HumStrat in any musical or audiovisual work, including but not limited to songs, albums, beats, soundtracks, film, video, games, podcasts, streams, advertisements, client work, and other commercial productions.

No royalty, fee, attribution, or additional permission is required for using the audio output of the plugin.

2. Plugin and Sample Library License

The plugin software, included sample library, WAV files, images, installer assets, and related files remain the property of their respective rightsholders.

You may install and use the plugin and its included sample library for the purpose of creating audio output with the plugin.

You may not copy, extract, rip, resample, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, upload, publish, share, repackage, mirror, or include the raw sample library or individual sample files in another plugin, sample pack, instrument, dataset, library, archive, installer, or any other product or service.

You may not distribute modified versions of the sample library or sample files.

You may not use the sample library as source material for another sample-based instrument or competing product.

3. Backups

You may make reasonable backup copies of the installer, plugin files, and sample library for your own personal use, provided those copies are not shared with anyone else.

4. No Warranty

The plugin and sample library are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The authors are not liable for any damages, data loss, project loss, compatibility issue, or other claim arising from use of the plugin or sample library.

5. Summary

Your music and rendered audio are yours to use anywhere, including commercially.

The raw samples and sample library are not yours to copy, extract, redistribute, sell, or reuse outside this plugin.
