Flashing Instructions:

* CLEAN FLASH:
- Clear data, metdata, dalvik-cache, cache 
- Flash ROM.zip
- Flash GAPPS ( If you are flashing Vanilla Build - Recommended NikGapps Core)
- Format Data
- Format /data and /cache to f2fs
- Reboot System

* DIRTY FLASH:
- Flash ROM.zip (flash GAPPS too only if previously using vanilla + gapps build)
- Wipe dalvik-cache, cache
- Reboot

* OTA:
- Simply upgrade via ota updater (either if pushed or via local update import)
