**Text Content (Temporarily Processed)**
- When you click the enhance button, the text you've written is sent to Google's Gemini AI API for processing
- This text is used solely to generate improvement suggestions
- We do not store, log, or retain any of your text content on our servers

**Local Settings**
- Your preferences (enabled platforms, hashtag/mention settings) are stored locally in your browser using Chrome Storage Sync
- These settings sync across your devices if you're signed into your browser

### What We Do NOT Collect

- Personal identification information
- Browsing history
- Social media account credentials
- Any data from pages you visit (other than the text you explicitly choose to enhance)

## Third-Party Services

### Google Gemini AI API

We use Google's Gemini AI to process text enhancement requests. When you use our extension:
- Your text is sent to Google's servers for AI processing

- We use the free tier of Gemini API with standard data handling
