This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App. Information We Collect We do not ask you to create an account directly with us, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone recordings, camera access, or payment information. The App saves gameplay and settings information on your device so the game can work correctly. This may include your best score, current score, total runs, total passes, selected difficulty, completed goals, milestone progress, unlocked themes, selected bird themes, selected gate themes, selected trail effects, selected world themes, sound settings, haptics settings, tutorial completion, ad reward availability, and rescue/reward progress. This gameplay and settings information is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers. Leaderboards and Google Play Games Services The App may use Google Play Games Services to provide leaderboard features. If you use leaderboard features, Google Play Games Services may process information associated with your Google Play Games profile, such as your player ID, display name, profile image, leaderboard scores, and related gameplay activity. Leaderboard information may be submitted to and displayed by Google Play Games Services so you can compare scores with other players. We do not operate our own leaderboard server. The App also uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to show consent and privacy options where required. Google Mobile Ads may collect and share information such as your IP address, advertising ID or other device identifiers, app interactions, ad views, and diagnostic information. This information may be used by Google and its partners for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes. How We Use Information Local gameplay and settings information is used to: save and restore game progress; remember your best score and gameplay statistics; unlock goals, milestones, and themes; remember selected cosmetic themes; remember difficulty, sound, haptics, and tutorial settings; support rewarded ad and rescue features; support normal gameplay features. Leaderboard-related information is used to: submit eligible scores to leaderboards; display leaderboard rankings; allow you to compare your score with other players. Advertising-related information handled by Google Mobile Ads is used to: display ads; provide rewarded ads; measure ad performance; detect fraud and abuse; support analytics and diagnostics for ad delivery; support compliance with privacy and consent requirements. Sharing of Information We do not sell personal information. We do not share your locally saved gameplay and settings data with third parties. If you use leaderboard features, leaderboard scores and related Google Play Games profile information may be processed by Google Play Games Services as described in Google’s policies. Advertising-related information may be collected and shared by Google Mobile Ads as described in Google’s policies and SDK disclosures. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public. Data Retention and Deletion Local gameplay and settings information remains on your device unless you reset game progress, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App. We do not operate a user account system or remote server for gameplay data, so we cannot restore or delete local gameplay data from our side. To delete local App data, use the in-app reset option if available, clear the App’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the App. Leaderboard information handled by Google Play Games Services is managed by Google. For leaderboard and Google account data, please refer to Google’s privacy controls and policies. For advertising data handled by Google, please refer to Google’s privacy controls and policies. Children’s Privacy The App is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Security We use reasonable technical measures to protect information handled by the App. Local gameplay data is stored using Android app storage. Advertising-related information and leaderboard-related information handled by Google may be processed in countries where Google and its service providers operate.
