Ralys ("we," "us," or "our") publishes Lost & Found Hotel (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Information We Collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone recordings, camera access, or payment information.
The App saves gameplay and settings information on your device so the game can work correctly. This includes game progress, coins, reputation, discovered items and guests, daily progress, upgrade levels, sound settings, haptics settings, reduced motion settings, and tutorial completion. This information is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App uses Google Mobile Ads to show ads, including interstitial and rewarded ads. The App also uses Google's User Messaging Platform to show consent and privacy options where required.
Google Mobile Ads may collect and share information such as your IP address, advertising ID or other device identifiers, app interactions, ad views, and diagnostic information. This information may be used by Google and its partners for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.

Depending on your region, the App may show a consent form or privacy options form. You can also manage advertising ID settings from your device settings.
How We Use Information
Local gameplay and settings information is used to:
save and restore game progress;
unlock game content and upgrades;
remember settings such as sound, haptics, reduced motion, and tutorial status;
support normal gameplay features.
Advertising-related information handled by Google Mobile Ads is used to:
display ads;
measure ad performance;
detect fraud and abuse;
support analytics and diagnostics for ad delivery.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information.
We do not share your locally saved gameplay data with third parties.
Advertising-related information may be collected and shared by Google Mobile Ads as described in Google's policies and SDK disclosures. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay and settings information remains on your device unless you reset game progress, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App.
We do not operate a user account system or remote server for gameplay data, so we cannot restore or delete local data from our side. To delete local App data, use the in-app reset option if available, clear the App's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the App.

Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us at ralys0418@gmail.com.
If you choose a Google Play target audience that includes children, review and update this section and the App's ad configuration to comply with Google Play Families policies and applicable children's privacy laws before publishing.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information handled by the App. Local gameplay data is stored using Android app storage. Data transmitted by Google Mobile Ads is handled by Google using encrypted connections as described in Google's SDK disclosure.
International Use
The App may be available in multiple countries. Advertising-related information handled by Google may be processed in countries where Google and its service providers operate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised policy at the same location.
