RiarkTech ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how NetR Pro Suite ("the App") handles information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information Collection and Use
NetR Pro Suite is a system utility tool designed to provide diagnostic information about your device.

System Telemetry: The App accesses real-time data such as CPU usage, RAM utilization, battery health, and hardware sensor data. This information is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Network Data: The App performs WiFi scanning, speed tests, and connectivity diagnostics (Ping, Traceroute). These results are used solely for real-time display to the user.

Application Intelligence: The App lists installed packages and their activities. It may access Usage Statistics (with your explicit permission) to display app usage time.

System Logs (Logcat): With your permission, the App streams system logs to help you debug your device. This data remains on your device and is lost when the log session is cleared.
2. Permissions
The App requests several sensitive permissions to function:

PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS: Used to display which apps are consuming system resources or time.
•
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES: Used to allow you to browse and launch activities of all installed applications.
•
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: Required by Android to perform WiFi scanning and identify network signal strength.
•
READ_LOGS: Used to provide the Logcat Viewer feature for developer diagnostics.
•
INTERNET: Used to perform the network Speed Test and connectivity checks.
3. Data Storage and Sharing

Local Processing: All diagnostic and system data collected by the App is processed in real-time and remains in the device's volatile memory.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties.
•
No Cloud Storage: We do not maintain any cloud databases or servers that store your device's diagnostic information.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use external links for network diagnostic tests (e.g., downloading a test file from Google's servers for the Speed Test feature). These services have their own independent privacy policies.
5. Security
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your information. The App is hardened with R8/Proguard minification to prevent unauthorized code injection or reverse engineering.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
