# Commercial licensing

WeChat Intelligence Hub is available under the open-source `AGPL-3.0-only` license. Using the software in a business does not by itself require a separate commercial license as long as the use complies with the AGPL.

A separate commercial license may be appropriate when an individual or organization wants to:

- integrate the software into a closed-source product;
- distribute a proprietary or modified version without the AGPL source obligations;
- offer an OEM or white-label edition;
- negotiate enterprise warranties, support, deployment, or other contractual terms.

Commercial terms are not granted by this document. Contact Rion Wu through the current contact method on the maintainer's GitHub profile and include a short description of the intended use, distribution model, expected users, and required support. Do not include WeChat databases, access material, chat content, customer information, or other sensitive data in a public issue.

Paid community membership, consulting, installation support, or other services do not automatically grant a commercial software license. Any commercial software license must be agreed separately in writing.
