These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game **Savage Grounds** (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the Game.

### 2. **In-App Purchases**
- The Game includes in-app purchases for virtual items such as coins, characters, and subscription services.
- All purchases are processed through **Google Play** and are subject to their payment and refund policies.
- Purchased virtual items are for use exclusively within the Game and have **no real-world monetary value**. These virtual items cannot be transferred to other users, sold outside of the Game, or exchanged for cash.
- Once a purchase is made, it **cannot be refunded** unless specifically allowed by **Google Play’s refund policy**.

- The developer does not moderate, edit, or control comments posted on the Google Play Store but reserves the right to report inappropriate or abusive comments to **Google Play** for review.

### 5. **Rules of Conduct**
