These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Planora mobile application (“App”).  
By using Planora, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Subscription & Payments  
Some features of the App require an auto-renewable subscription (Planora Pro).  
The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.  
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.  
You may manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

2. Content & Usage  
Planora generates daily plans and productivity suggestions using AI.  
The generated content is for personal use only and should not be considered professional advice.

3. Privacy  
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and process data.

4. Account & Access  
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.  
You must not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App.

5. Limitation of Liability  
The App is provided “as-is.”  
We are not responsible for any damages or data loss arising from the use of the App.

6. Changes  
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.
