# Terms and Conditions for Obasu Icons Pack

**Effective Date: January 1, 2024**

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Obasu Icons Pack ("Application") developed by Tasneem Abbas ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Application, you affirm that you are above the age of 13 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Application on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
