Dumpster ("the App") is developed by Sara Nazari. By using the App you agree to these terms.
By downloading, installing, or using Dumpster you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Dumpster is a social movie and TV show rating app that allows users to review content, vote on shows, view other users' reviews, and interact with a community of entertainment enthusiasts. The App uses data from The Movie Database (TMDB) for media information.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You retain ownership of reviews and content you post. By posting content, you grant Dumpster a non-exclusive license to display your content within the App. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Dumpster Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that provides lifetime access to unlimited reviews, access to other users' reviews, follow functionality, and premium badges.
Pricing: $4.99 (USD), one-time payment.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Lifetime Access: Once purchased, Pro features are yours forever. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your purchase through the App Store.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (c) post spam or misleading content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; (e) use automated systems to access the App without permission.
You may delete your account at any time through the Edit Profile section of the App. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, reviews, votes, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Sara Nazari. Movie and TV show data is provided by TMDB and is subject to their terms of use.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sara Nazari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
