# DeepSeekGUI Licensing Notice

DeepSeekGUI uses layered licensing. No single license applies to this entire repository.

- Original DeepSeekGUI product work by See-Sol-Lab is licensed under the PolyForm Perimeter License 1.0.1 where stated. The full license text for the current product layer is in `apps/desktop/LICENSE`.
- Upstream DeepSeek Harness code and upstream-derived material remain under DeepSeek's MIT License. The preserved upstream MIT text is in `LICENSE-MIT-UPSTREAM`.
- Third-party components remain under their respective licenses.
