# Refresh the engagement insights

Request a new AI-generated brief for an engagement to reflect signals that occurred since the brief was last generated.

## Before you begin

Role required: `sn_acct_lc.agent`

## About this task

The brief is generated when you first open the engagement record page. The same brief displays for 15 days. Consider refreshing when a significant change has occurred on the engagement since the brief was last generated. Examples include a risk signal, a health score change, or a completed milestone.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Workspaces** > **CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace**.

2.  Select the **List** menu, navigate to **Customer Success** > **All Engagements**, and open an engagement record.

3.  In the **Engagement updates** section, select the **Refresh** icon.


## Result

A new brief is generated based on signals from the last 7 days and replaces the previous cached brief. The **Last updated** timestamp updates to reflect the current date and time. The **Recommendations** panel also refreshes to reflect the updated brief.
