# Set up the color banding table

Use the color banding table to set up how the engagement health score is visually represented in the Success Landing and Engagement pages.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_acct\_lc.customer\_success\_agent

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Success Configurations** > **All Color Bandings**.

2.  Select **New** to create color banding and enter the following details:

Type

Select the type of color banding being created. This can be:-   Global: Use this type to create color banding that is applicable to all engagements.
-   Metric based: This type is used to create color banding that is applicable to all engagements associated with the selected data source.

Min

</td><td>

Enter the minimum value that will be applicable to the color banding being created.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Max

</td><td>

Enter the maximum value that will be applicable to the color banding being created.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Data source

</td><td>

For metric based type, select the data source for which the color banding is to be created. The color banding will be applicable to all engagements associated with the data source.

Color

</td><td>

Select the color for the color field to be used to show the health score.For example, you can create a color banding with the following parameters:

-   Min: 70
-   Max: 100
-   Color: Green
The green color is applied to all applicable engagements with a health score that falls between 70 and 100.

Highlighted color

</td><td>

This is the color used to highlight the health score and perceived health of an engagement.
