# Set the SOAP default security policy

Set the SOAP default security policy.

## Before you begin

Role required: web\_service\_admin or admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Web Services** > **Properties**.

2.  In the **Security Policy to enforce if WS-Security is enabled** field, enter the default security policy to use when enforcing WS-security.

3.  Click **Save**.
