# Manage user groups for Application Intake

Control which user groups are available for admins to give Creator Studio and App Engine Studio app development permissions to during the Application Intake process. These groups are managed on the User Groups Permission Types \[sn\_app\_intake\_permission\_type\] table.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **sn\_app\_intake\_permission\_type.list**.

2.  Select a record in the list to update it.

3.  On the group record, change the status of the **Active** option to control whether the group is available in the Application Intake guided setup.

Confirm that you see the correct active groups in an application request in App Engine Management Center.
