# Access ServiceNow Studio

Open ServiceNow Studio from the ServiceNow AI Platform All menu or directly from App Engine Studio.

## How do I open ServiceNow Studio from the All menu?

Navigate to **All** > **App Engine** > **ServiceNow Studio**, or search for `ServiceNow Studio` in the filter navigator and open it from the search results. To access ServiceNow Studio faster, add it to your **Favorites** tab.

## How do I open ServiceNow Studio from App Engine Studio?

When you need a more advanced development environment for an app you are building in App Engine Studio \(AES\), open the app directly in ServiceNow Studio. A banner appears in AES with information about ServiceNow Studio. Select **Try it out** to open your app in ServiceNow Studio.

**Note:** Admins can control whether this banner appears by changing the value of the **show\_servicenow\_studio\_banner** system property.
