# Enable pages to be used across experiences

Select pages that you want to share across experiences in UI Builder.

## Before you begin

Role required: ui\_builder\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Now Experience Framework** > **UI Builder**.

2.  Open an experience to work in or create an experience by selecting **Create** > **Experience**.

    See [Configure how users interact with your applications in UI Builder](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/application-development/ui-builder/work-experiences.md) for more information on creating experiences.

3.  Select **Experience settings**.

4.  Select **Open app config**.

    The UX App Configuration tab opens.

5.  Select the page that you want to use across experiences.

6.  Select the **Use across experiences** box.

7.  Select **Update**.


## Result

The selected page displays the shared page icon, indicating it can be used across multiple experiences.
