# Using Lux Lab

With Lux Lab, you can create new experiences or extend existing ones, and build the pages and widgets they need. You work on your own or with an AI agent, preview changes as you go, and deploy them to your instance.

## Lux Lab development tasks

Lux Lab combines Lux-aware intelligence, AI tools, and title-bar commands for building tailored experiences on the ServiceNow AI Platform. You start by creating a new experience or extending an existing one. You can preview changes in real time, and deploy them to your instance with one click when you're ready.

Depending on your project, you create or extend pages manually or with an AI agent in the Agent Chat Harness. The following topics cover each task:
