Use this form to create or edit a business role that defines the responsibilities, rights, and duties associated with performing specific business behavior.

|Field|Description|

|Name|Name of the business role — for example, Credit Officer or Product Manager.|
|Parent role|Business role that is higher in the organizational hierarchy. This field makes the business role part of a role hierarchy.|
|Group|Organizational group associated with the business role.|
|Department|Department where the business role is primarily located.|
|Required skills|Skills and competencies required to perform the business role.|
|Description|Responsibilities and purpose of the business role.|
