# Create user form

Create a user to add to a department.

User ID

Unique identification number of the user.

First name

</td><td>

First name of the user.

Last name

</td><td>

Last name of the user.

Title

</td><td>

Title or job description of the user.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Department

</td><td>

Name of the department to which the user is being assigned to.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Password

</td><td>

Assign a password to the user. This password can be permanent or temporary.

Email

</td><td>

Email address of the user.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Language

</td><td>

The language to be used while displaying the user’s system.

Notification

</td><td>

Specify if email notifications should be sent to this user.-   Select **Enable** if an email notification should be sent to this user.
-   Select **Disable** if no email notification should be sent to the user.

Calendar integration

</td><td>

Select **Outlook** to have this user receive meeting notifications via email directly to the calendar. Otherwise, select **None**.

Time zone

</td><td>

Time zone in which the user is located.

Date format

</td><td>

Option to choose how the date details are displayed. For example, mm/dd/yyyy.

Business phone

</td><td>

Business phone number of the user.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Mobile phone

</td><td>

Personal phone number of the user.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Password needs reset

</td><td>

Select this check box to require the user to change the password during the first login.

Locked out

</td><td>

Select this check box to lock the user out of the instance and terminate all their active sessions.

</td></tr><tr><td>

Active

</td><td>

Select this check box to make this user active

</td></tr><tr><td>

Identity type

</td><td>

The category of identity associated with this user record. You can select the following: -   **Human**: If the user is a person
-   **Machine**: If the user is a service account or automated process
-   **AI**: If the user is an AI-based agent

Web service access only

</td><td>

Select this check box to designate this user as a non-interactive user.

Internal integration user

</td><td>

Select this check box to designate this user as a service account.

Photo

Attach a photo of the user, if appropriate.
