# Export application rationalization data to Excel or CSV

Export the application rationalization list view data to Microsoft Excel or CSV to obtain insights, share with stakeholders, and prepare for analysis.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_apm.apm\_user

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Enterprise Architecture Workspace**.

2.  Open the Application Rationalization page by selecting the application rationalization icon \(\[Omitted image "icon-app-rationalization.png"\] Alt text: Application rationalization icon.\).

3.  Select the export icon \(\[Omitted image "export-icon.png"\] Alt text: Export icon.\) on the Application Rationalization page.

4.  From the File type drop-down on the Export window, select **Excel** or **CSV** to export the data to a Microsoft Excel or CSV file respectively.

5.  Select **Export**.


## Result

A file with the selected format is downloaded and saved in your local system.
