# Share architectural artifacts form

Share architectural artifacts with users and group and assign them relevant access permissions.

Members or groups

</td><td>

Select the users or groups that you want to share the architectural artifact with and grant access permissions to. You can select multiple users and groups.

Access

</td><td>

The access level that you want to provide to the selected users or groups.

 -   If you’re the owner of the architectural artifact, you can provide **Viewer**, **Editor**, and **Owner** permission to other users or groups.
-   If you’re assigned the **Editor** role permission to an architectural artifact, you can provide **Editor** or **Viewer** permission to other users or groups.
-   If you’re assigned the **Viewer** role permission to an architectural artifact, you can’t provide any permission to other users or groups.

Message

</td><td>

Enter the reason for inviting the recipient to collaborate on this architectural artifact. You should include clear and concise information to help the recipient understand the purpose and context of the invitation.

Manage access

</td><td>

Select **Manage access** to view the existing collaborators on the architectural artifact and their access permissions. You can change the existing access permissions, according to your requirement.
