# Dynamic approval forms

When you are looking at an approval request, the form has a context-appropriate summary of the item to be approved.

**Important:** Classic approval rules have been replaced by the Workflow Studio [Ask for Approval action](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/build-workflows/workflow-studio/ask-approval-flow-designer.md). Use Workflow Studio to create workflow-driven approval logic that is easier to maintain and provides better reporting information.

For example, if you're looking at a Change Management approval request, you will see details from the relevant change request. For a Service Catalog approval request, you will get details of the request.
