Pair it with a content filtering rule to grant access. For more information, see [Content access filtering](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/build-workflows/workflow-studio/content-access-filtering-playbooks.md). ## Procedure 1. Navigate to **Process Automation** > **Flow Administration** > **Content Definitions**. The **Workflow Resources** table opens. If you don't have access to Flow Administration, **Content Definitions** appears directly under **Process Automation**. 2. Select an existing definition or select **New**. 3. Fill in the form. |Field|Description| |-----|-----------| |Name|Name of the content definition.| |Application|Application the definition belongs to. Defaults to the current scope. Select **Global** to apply the definition across all applications.| |Table|Table holding the content.
