# Install ServiceNow Otto for Creator

Install the ServiceNow Otto for Creator application to use the spoke generation skill.

## Before you begin

-   Role required: admin
-   Review the [ServiceNow Otto for Creator](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/8178fec0ce0431105a7c9305875b2dca) application listing in the ServiceNow Store for information on dependencies, licensing or subscription requirements, and release compatibility.
-   Upgrade to Xanadu Patch 3 or later. For more information about this release, see [Available patches and hotfixes](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/release-notes/available-versions.md).

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to the [ServiceNow Otto for Creator](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/8178fec0ce0431105a7c9305875b2dca) application on the ServiceNow Store.

    **Important:** ServiceNow Otto for Creator requires a separate subscription.

2.  From the ServiceNow Otto for Creator application page, select **Request App**.

3.  After approval has been granted, on your instance, navigate to **All** > **System Applications** > **All Available Applications**.

4.  Find the ServiceNow Otto for Creator application \(sn\_now\_creator\) using the filter criteria and search bar.

5.  Select **Install**.
