# Integrate Sidebar and Microsoft Teams

Enable conversations between Sidebar and Microsoft Teams users by integrating Sidebar with Microsoft Teams.

Follow these steps to integrate Sidebar and Microsoft Teams.

1.  Install the [store app](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/53b1b0e79761011018b2fa98c253afcc) on the Washington DC instance.
2.  Create the Microsoft Teams developer account and Azure app. See [KB article KB1225842](https://support.servicenow.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB1225842) for more information.
3.  Create the Microsoft Teams app. See [KB article KB1225842](https://support.servicenow.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB1225842) for more information.
