# Create the action scripts for your custom chat integration

Set up the transforms that your custom chat integration needs to communicate through the chat process.

## Before you begin

**Note:** All action messages relevant to the chat client are displayed to requesters during live agent conversations.

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to the **All** > **Process Automation** > **Workflow Studio**.

2.  Click the **Actions** tab.

3.  [Create the actions](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/build-workflows/create-action.md) you require to complete the conversational custom chat integration.
