# Create a new agent in Google Dialogflow

To use Google Dialogflow with Virtual Agent Bot Interconnect, you must first create a new agent in Google Dialogflow.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Create a new agent in Google Dialogflow: [https://dialogflow.cloud.google.com/\#/newAgent](https://dialogflow.cloud.google.com/#/newAgent)

    This also creates a new Google project.

2.  Select the agent settings icon, and then find the project ID on the **General** tab.

3.  Select the Project ID.

    The project dashboard opens.
