# Remove Conversational Integration with Facebook Messenger

Users can remove the Conversational Integration with Facebook Messenger application when the app is no longer needed.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Go to **All** > **Conversational Interfaces** > **Channels and Integrations**.

2.  On the Facebook Messenger integration section, click **Manage**.

    The Facebook Messenger Channel integration page opens.

3.  Click the three dots on the right hand side and choose **Remove Integration**.

    A confirmation message displays.

4.  Click **Remove**.

    The Facebook Messenger application and all of its data is removed.
