# Assign the CBS requester role automatically

Assign the CBS requester role to all employees at once using the automated option. Provide your employees with the access to submit requests and raise queries without manual role assignment for each individual.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Admin** > **Admin Home** > **Core Business Suite**.

2.  On the Product Hub page, select **Configure** to open the Configuration Console page.

3.  In the Configuration Summary section, navigate to **Employee Experience** > **Requester role**.

4.  Select **Assign to all employees** to assign the CBS requester role to all employees.


## Result

The CBS requester role is assigned to all your employees.
