# Manage ServiceNow Otto panel

Enable the ServiceNow Otto panel to provide generative AI assistance through a conversational interface in ServiceNow Otto for Core Business Suite \(CBS\).

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Admin Center** > **AI Admin Center** > **Admin**.

2.  On the **AI Admin Hub** page, go to **AI Experiences** > **ServiceNow Otto Panel**.

    The ServiceNow Otto panel is turned on by default.

3.  Select **Turn off** to disable it.

4.  In the settings section, select **Visit Assistant Designer**.

5.  On the Visit Assistant Designer page, select **Deactivate** if you want to change the default state.
