# Access Business Location 360 as a customer service manager

Access the business location 360 page in the Customer Service Management \(CSM\) application as a customer service manager. You can get a comprehensive, 360-degree view of the business location issues all in one place.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_customerservice\_manager, svc\_location\_consumer\_agent, sn\_customerservice.svc\_location\_agent, and admin

## About this task

As a customer service manager \(sn\_customerservice\_manager\), you can view the issues that are reported at your individual business locations and across hierarchies.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace**.

2.  On the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace **Lists** tab, select **Service Organizations** > **Internal/External Business Locations**.

3.  In the Internal/External Business Locations list, select a record.

4.  Access the Business Location 360 page by selecting the **Business Location** tab.
