Businesses often must share addresses between accounts, within an account hierarchy, or across hierarchies. An enhanced address data model makes it possible to link a location with multiple accounts without creating multiple location records. The enhanced address data model maintains the relationship between accounts and addresses in a new table. By default, this feature is enabled for the new customer service management \(CSM\) customers. However, it’s optional for upgrade customers. **Related topics** [Account Address table](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/customer-service-management/account-address-table.md) [Enable enhanced address model for accounts](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/customer-service-management/enable-enhanced-address-model.md) [Associate an address to an account](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/customer-service-management/associate-address-account.md) [Reusing addresses between multiple accounts](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/customer-service-management/reuse-account-addresses.md)
