# Change password on Business Portal

Change your password directly from the business portal to secure your account.

## Before you begin

Role required: none

## About this task

Users with the required roles can change their passwords from the business portal.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to the business portal.

2.  Select your user name in the portal header.

3.  Select **Profile** to display the user profile information.

4.  Select **Change Password** under Security.

5.  On the Change Password pop-up, fill in the fields.

**Current Password**

The new password, which must meet the following requirements:

-   Be a minimum of eight characters long
-   Include at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
-   Include at least one number
