# Task Plan Template form

The Task Plan Template form displays details about a task plan template record.

The Task Plan Template form includes the following fields on the Details tab. After creating and saving a task plan template record, the system adds the Template Items tab to the form.

The task plan template can be in one of the following states:-   Draft
-   Published
