# Use hierarchical list view for product inventories

Customer service agents can view product inventories line items as a hierarchical list, which helps to view the parent and child relationship between product inventories.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_customerservice\_agent, svc\_location\_agent, order\_agent

## About this task

The hierarchical list view needs to be manually enabled via the UI builder for customers using the Yokohama, Zurich, and Australia instances. ## Procedure

1.  Navigate to the CRM Workspace and select the List icon \[Omitted image "list-outline-24.svg"\] Alt text:.

2.  Navigate to **Customer** > **Accounts**.

3.  Select the account that you're working on to open the list view.

4.  Select the **Product Inventories** tab to view the product inventories as a hierarchical list.

    Toggle the hierarchy filter on the product inventories list view to see all the product inventories as a flat list, that is in a non-hierarchical structure.

5.  Use the controls to manage the product inventories.
