# Use hierarchical list view for sold products

Customer service agents can view sold product line items as a hierarchical list, which helps to view the parent and child relationship between sold product entities.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_customerservice\_agent, svc\_location\_agent, order\_agent

## About this task

The hierarchical list view needs to be manually enabled via the UI builder for customers using the Yokohama, Zurich, and australia instances. To learn how to enable the hierarchical view, see [Enable custom tabs on CSM workspace record page](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/customer-service-management/enable-custom-tabs-on-workspace-record-pages.md).

## Procedure

1. Navigate to the CRM Workspace and select the List icon \[Omitted image "list-outline-24.svg"\] Alt text:.

2. Navigate to **Customer** > **Accounts**.

3. Select the account that you're working on to open the list view.

4. Select the **Sold Products** tab to view the sold products as a hierarchical list.

Toggle the hierarchy filter on the sold products list view to see all the sold products as a flat list, that is in a non-hierarchical structure.

5. Use the controls to manage the sold products.

To learn more about the controls, see [Use hierarchical list view for quote line items](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/order-management/quote-management-view-hierarchical-line-items.md).
