# View household members

View the list of members in your household from the Consumer Portal to see their details and manage household accounts.

## Before you begin

Install Customer Household Data Model \(com.snc.household\) app from [ServiceNow store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home).

Role required: sn\_customerservice.consumer

**Note:** You must be a householdHead to view household members. For details, see [Add consumers to a household](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/customer-service-management/add-consumer-to-household.md).

## About this task

A household groups related consumers under a single account. Viewing household members lets you see who is associated with your household and access their individual details. Only the household head can view this list.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to the Consumer Portal.

2.  Navigate to **My hub** > **View household members** in the portal header.


## Result

You can view the list of household members. Select any record to view details.
