# Access your list of install base items from the Consumer Service Portal

View and manage the install base items registered to you from the Consumer Service Portal.

## About this task

Install base items represent the products and assets registered to your account. Use the Consumer Service Portal to review registered items, check their details, and access related cases. Only consumers with the appropriate roles can see the install base option in the support menu.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_customerservice.consumer, sn\_customerservice.consumer\_contributor, and sn\_customerservice.relationship\_contributor

## Procedure

1.  Log in to the Consumer Service Portal.

2.  Navigate to **Support** > **Install Base**.

    In the header on the Consumer Service Portal, you can access a list of the install base items that are registered to you.

    In the list layout for an install base item, the details that are related to consumers in the **Household** and **Consumer** fields are visible. Only consumers with the appropriate roles can see the install base option in the support menu.

3.  From the list, open an install base record to see all the details and cases for that install base item.
