# View orders

View your orders and order details from the Consumer Portal using the Order Management app.

## Before you begin

Install Order Management \(com.sn\_ind\_tmt\_orm\) app from [ServiceNow store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home).

Role required: none

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to the Consumer Portal.

2.  Navigate to **Requests** > **View submitted requests** > **View orders** in the portal header.


## Result

You can view the list of orders. Select any order to view its details.
