# Add Conversations

As an Career Conversations admin you can add or manage conversations that are assigned to employees on behalf of managers.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_egd\_act.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Career Conversations** > **Conversations**.

2.  Select **New**.

3.  Complete the Discussion Series form.

4.  Select **Submit**.
