# Index contracts table for conversational search

Index the data for conversational search.

## Before you begin

For existing contracts, verify you have run the scheduled job to copy signed contract documents into the contract repository. For more information, see [Copy contract documents to contract repository](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/contract-management-pro/cmpro-na-conv-copy-docs-to-cntr.md).

Role required: admin

## About this task

After installing ServiceNow Otto for Contract Management Pro, index the data for getting search results.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **AI Search** > **AI Search Index** > **Indexed Sources**.

2.  In the Name column, search for `Contract Repository`.

3.  Select **Contract Repository** indexed source.

4.  Select **Index All tables**.


## Result

The contract repository tables are indexed for AI Search.
