# Deactivate skills for ServiceNow Otto for Contract Management Pro

Deactivate the skills in ServiceNow Otto for Contract Management Pro when they are not in use.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_cm\_gen\_ai.ai\_contract\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Admin Center** > **AI Admin Hub** to access the **AI Skills** tab of the AI Admin Hub console.

2.  Navigate to **Employee** > **CM Pro**.

3.  On the Contract Management Pro card, select **View details**.

4.  On the tile of your skill that you want to deactivate, select **Deactivate skill** in the options menu \(\[Omitted image "cmpro-na-three-dot-icon.png"\] Alt text: Options menu icon.\).

5.  In the pop-up messages, select **Deactivate**.


## Result

The skill is deactivated for ServiceNow Otto for Contract Management Pro and displayed in the **All available Contract Management Pro skills** section.
