# Configuring Contract Management Pro

Install and configure foundational data for Contract Management Pro to effectively manage contract lifecycle for your organization.

## Configuration overview

This section provides a guided overview of all foundational setup tasks, from installing the application and integrating key tools, to defining contract types, templates, and repository rules.

**Note:** For standalone requests the configurations should be done on the Contract Request table \[sn\_cm\_core\_contract\_request\].
