# Reclassify contract documents

As a contract fulfiller, reclassify the documents submitted in a third-party contract review request. For example, you need to change the contract document type from Non-disclosure Agreement to Partnership Agreement.

## Before you begin

Verify that the contract request type is Multiple contracts.

Role required: sn\_cm\_core.contract\_fulfiller

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to the contract workspace and select the contract request.

2.  In the **Contract Documents** related list, select **Reclassify**.

3.  In the **Existing contract type** drop-down list, select the contract type that you want to reclassify.

4.  In the **Reclassify to** drop-down list, select the contract type into which you want to reclassify.\[Omitted image "cmpro-tpc-reclassify.png"\] Alt text: Reclassify contract documents

    Only active contract types are displayed in the list.

5.  Add more information about the document in the **Work notes** field.

6.  Select **Reclassify** to update the classification.

7.  Select **Save** to save the record.
