# Obligation Management notifications

Obligation Management uses email notifications to notify obligation fulfiller and obligation users when an obligation task is created, assigned, submitted, approved, or rejected.

|Name|Recipient|Title|
|----|---------|-----|
|Obligation task created/assigned|Assigned to|$\{number\} is assigned to you|
|Obligation task submitted|Approver|$\{number\} has been submitted for your approval|
|Obligation task approved|Assigned to|$\{number\} has been approved|
|Obligation task rejected|Assigned to|$\{number\} has been rejected|

The following notifications are not activated by default:

-   Obligation task submitted
-   Obligation task approved
-   Obligation task rejected
