# Using the Contractor Service Center

A contractor can use the Contractor Service Center to access site safety tools, protocols, documentation, raise health and safety requests, and request permits safely.

On the Contractor Service Center you can:

-   Submit a safety incident to report it to the safety department for an investigation. -   Submit a safety observation to report it to the safety department for an investigation. -   Submit a permit-to-work request to carry out the job with significant risk.
