# CEM email templates

Various email templates are available depending on the purpose of the communication, whether it's for employees, or on-site responders.

|Template name|Description|
|-------------|-----------|
|Roll-call End|Inform that the roll call for the current emergency is complete.|
|Default Template|Compose your own email when none of the predefined templates meet your needs.|
|Roll-call Start|Notify the on-site responder to start the roll call for the active emergency.|
|Follow-up|Send a reminder to the employees who haven't responded to confirm their safety status.|
|Emergency Start|Notify the employees of an ongoing emergency and request their safety status.|
|Update Communication|Inform employees or responders about any updates throughout the emergency situation.|
|End Emergency|Notify that the emergency has ended.|
