# Configure Twilio to send SMS notifications

To enable the SMS feature for sending notifications, configure the Twilio telephony service.

**Note:**

-   The system uses employee information from the organization's \[sys\_user\] table to pull contact numbers.
-   Enable Twilio Notify bulk SMS.
